Investment Manager

Community College (College) is currently seeking proposals for investment management\nof the organization\u2019s assets. The Board of Trustees, further represented by the Audit, Finance and\nFacilities Committee, would like to explore utilizing a professional investment manager (fiduciary) to\nhelp support an investment strategy that balances short-term and long-term investment objectives of\nthe institution\u2019s operating funds. Total operating cash balance is approximately 537M as of 03/01/2024,\nwith a portion of those funds expected to be invested in long term and short-term investments, all\nwithin the guidelines of the College\u2019s investment policy. This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP)\nfor the services described below and does not obligate LCCC to accept responses from eligible\nCompanies/Individuals. The RFP establishes minimum requirements a Company/Individual must meet in\norder to be eligible for consideration as well as information to be included in the Company\u2019s/Individual\u2019s\nproposal.\n\nCarefully examine the specifications, conditions and limitations. The selection of the successful\nCompany/Individual willbe made based on LCCC\u2019s evaluation and determination of the relative ability of\neach Company/Individual to deliver quality service in a cost-effective manner.
