LEGAL NOTICE BIDS NOTICE 2024 SIDEWALK PROGRAM—BID # 1714 VILLAGE OF HINSDALE, ILLINOIS The Village of Hinsdale will receive sealed Bids for the 2024 Sidewalk Program. Bids will be opened at the Village of Hinsdale Village Hall, 19 East Chicago Avenue, Hinsdale, Illinois, 60521, at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. The work shall consist of the removal and replacement of approximately 8,800 SF of PCC sidewalk, curb and gutter removal and replacement, concrete flatwork, and appurtenant restoration of driveways, aprons, and parkways. Work is to be completed at various locations throughout the Village of Hinsdale. Bid documents may be received at the offices of the Village of Hinsdale, 19 East Chicago Avenue, Hinsdale, Illinois 60521. A non-refundable deposit will be required for each set of plans. Presentation of Pre-Qualification Certificate required for plan distribution. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive any informalities in the bidding, and to accept the bids deemed most favorable to the interest of the Village after all bids have been examined and evaluated.
