Description: BID Call Sealed Bids for the following project are sought: Town of Normal Parks and Recreation Department Apparel 2020-2021 General Project Description: The Normal Parks and Recreation Department is accepting bids for 2020-2021 program staff and participant apparel screen printing and embroidery. The specifications, sizes, quantities, colors, graphics for the orders are in the ap-pendix. There is also information regarding artwork needs. Please return your bids no later than Thursday, April 16, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Bids should include your re-order proce-dures and costs, the individual unit price for each item, shipping and handling charges, artwork design charges, total for each line item and an overall total for the entire order. Apparel items must be neatly folded and delivered in labeled boxes sorted by order number with size and quantity of items on the box/packing slip and shipped/delivered to the Normal Parks and Recreation Department - 100 E. IL 61761. Delivery deadlines are included in the bid specifications.
