UNLV invites interested parties to submit Proposals for Ground Lease for Development of property owned by the Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education (“NSHE”), on behalf of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (“UNLV”). The subject Property is located at the northeast corner of Tropicana Avenue and Deckow Lane in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada 89169. The real estate is approximately forty-two (42) acres. UNLV intends to contract with a sole Ground Lessee and is primarily interested in maximizing ground lease revenue from the property. This RFP is a two-round process. Round One is an evaluation of qualifications with an opening date of December 2, 2022 at 2:00 PM. Round Two will be an evaluation of proposal and pricing from Proposers selected (short listed) from Round One. Proposers can expect to receive notification regarding eligibility for Round 2 the week of December 19, 2022. The deadline for second-round Proposals is anticipated to be in the week of January 16, 2023, with interviews/presentations expected to begin January 30,
