Small Business Vendor Outreach Sessions for Wildland Fire Support

The USDA Forest Service R4 Great Basin Region (map: https://gacc.nifc.gov/gbcc/index.php) will be hosting Fire Vendor Outreach Sessions (FVOS) the last week of February 2020 and first week of March 2020.  There will be two (2) sessions each in Utah, Nevada, and Idaho.  See attached flyer with date, time, and location specifics.These 3-hr sessions are an opportunity for small businesses seeking additional information and guidance on how to support wildland fire through multiple preseason contracting opportunities.  Attendance is free.  Further contracting information is attached in the Forest Service Virtual Incident Procurement (VIPR) brochure.  The Government will be seeking quotes in the following operated equipment categories in 2020: Heavy Equipment, Vehicle with Driver, Mechanic with Service Truck, Mobile Sleeper Units, Fallers, and Fuel Tenders.  Tents will no longer be advertised Regionally.  A National advertisement for tents will be issued through a different contracting office.Pre-Registration for a session is mandatory by February 14th: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1kUUjeOPJ7IAg56jJkqspCtaAyNYDfNRDNw8IMVjtjF0/editFor more information see:
