BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to providing reliable, secure vertical transportation that is aesthetically pleasing, addresses ADA requirements for floor level changes, and is compliant with current codes. The project includes improvements to the freight elevator, two passenger elevators and a chairlift. Controls should be
upgraded, machinery replaced, and data communication lines provided for connection of elevators to existing monitoring systems. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $3,000,000.00 APPLICATION DUE DATE THURSDAY, APRIL 11, 2024, AT 4:30 P.M.
