This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation number 36C25922Q0777 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This acquisition is being competed as unrestricted. code is 561421-Telephone Answering Services with a business size of $16.5 Million. The PSC is 7E20-IT and Telecom End User: Conferencing, AV, Helpdesk, Deskside Support, Workspace, Printers, Collaboration and Productivity Tools (Hardware and Perpetual License Software). Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19 Located at 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111, in support of the VHA Readjustment Counseling Services, Vet Center Call Center, 14148 Denver West Parkway, Bldg 51, Suite 335, Lakewood, CO 80401 is seeking to procure services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and price schedule. The Contractor shall price for Veteran Center Call Center (VCCC) operations support services. ESTIMATED Period of Performance (PoP): One-year base period of 29 September 2022 to 28 September 2023 with four (4) one-year option periods. Quotes are due 09/26/2022 @ 11:00AM MST.
