The Division of Spill Prevention and Response of the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEPARTMENT), is seeking professional engineering inspection services for the construction of a polluted soil monofill in Wrangell, Alaska.  A complete description of services is contained in the RFP package and attachment. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately
