Pre-Bid: A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. Alaska Time on Thursday, February 24, 2022. We will meet at Beach Lake Road crossing in Eagle River, Alaska and travel to the site.  A bidder's failure to attend the pre-bid conference will in no way relieve the bidder of the responsibility of performing the work in strict compliance with the true intent and meaning of the terms, conditions and specifications of this RFP.
