Electronic Case Management Record System (ECMRS)

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Government Contracting Services (GCS) has received a request from the Office of Human Services Emergency Preparedness & Response (OHSEPR) to seek sources capable of meeting the objectives set forth in the attached work description. The Government is seeking a vendor to provide the overall implementation, maintenance, operation, data reporting, and intake and eligibility determination and workflow of an Electronic Case Management Record System (ECMRS) as outlined in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).This requirement supports all of the programs under the ACF OHSEPR Operation Divisions preview which includes the U.S. Repatriation program, the Immediate Disaster Case Management (IDCM), and Continuity of Operations (COOP) programs.  It also includes providing emergency response contract support services to assist the Operation Divisions in its emergency disaster mission assignment deployments.This notice is published to determine the interest and capabilities of potential offerors.This notice is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes or proposals.  This notice does not obligate the Government to solicit for this requirement or award a contract and does not obligate the Government to reimburse interested parties for any costs incurred to prepare or provide a response to this request for information.  While questions are welcome, the Government is not obligated to provide a response to any questions received in response to this
