The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Government Contracting Services (GCS) has received a request from the Office of Human Services Emergency Preparedness & Response (OHSEPR) to seek sources capable of meeting the objectives set forth in the attached work description. The Government is seeking a vendor to provide the overall implementation, maintenance, operation, data reporting, and intake and eligibility determination and workflow of an Electronic Case Management Record System (ECMRS) as outlined in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).This requirement supports all of the programs under the ACF OHSEPR Operation Divisions preview which includes the U.S. Repatriation program, the Immediate Disaster Case Management (IDCM), and Continuity of Operations (COOP) programs.
