The County of Hawaiʻi, Office of the Corporation Counsel seeks an electronic case management system. Offerors are to upload their proposals in the Public Purchase system, including all required documents as instructed in the RFP document. Questions are to be submitted through Public Purchase. Please do not contact the Department with questions. No oral interpretations of the RFP will be made to any Proposer.
