***Contractors will need to visit the job site in Knoxville, Iowa, complete their own measurements, and submit a bid based on their own specifications. There are no existing plans for this job.*** Equipment, supplies, labor, and removal of all leftover materials and debris included. Removal of existing stair railing. Frame wall openings, drywall, mud, tape and texture wall. Painting is not included. Add new posts, handrail, shoe and spindles around the top of stairway opening. Install handrails and brackets down both sides of the steps. Install stair nose and LVT plank flooring on the stairs and landing to match existing flooring.
