P2070010 Remotely Operated Vehicle Survey

The Contractor shall provide to the CDFW, services in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. Rates shall include all Contractor costs including but not limited to labor, transportation, travel, parking, and all other overhead expenses.

The Contractor will provide fully processed quantitative survey data of commercially and recreationally important fish and invertebrate species in California from Crescent City to San Diego within California¿s jurisdictional waters (0-3 nautical miles from shore and around offshore Islands) using methods compatible and comparable to previous CDFW surveys as described below. Data from completed datasets will be used to examine the condition of ecosystems important to managed species inside and outside of selected marine protected areas (MPA) as well as informing fishery and MPA management.
