Purchase and Install Seven (7) Eyewash Stations at Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center, located in Bloomfield, New Mexico, has an upcoming requirement for the purchase seven (7) Eyewash Stations and installation of the seven (7) Eyewash Stations.The anticipated period of performance is yet to be determined, not to exceed 12 months.A site visit will be conducted at the Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center (DZHC), 6 Road 7586, Bloomfield, NM 87413, on March 16, 2023 at 10:00 am (MST).Attendance of this site visit is encouraged but not required. All costs incurred of any kind for the offeror to attend the site visit shall be paid by the offeror only.
