50859 Proposal to execute a Lease at the Sitka Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 6A, Block 600, consisting of approximately 28,560 square feet (ADA-50859, successive lease to ADA-50475), at Sitka Airport for 55 years, to expire April 1, 2075.  Applicant:  Kalinin Partners LLC.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – operation and maintenance of an aircraft hangar for aircraft storage; aircraft maintenance; air taxi operations; air freight and cargo handling; parking, equipment storage and office space in support of these operations; self-fueling authorized, no fuel sales authorized.  Annual rent:  $5,112.24.
