CONTENTS: If any provision or specification in this "Invitation to Bid" (ITB) is ambiguous or is disputed by a bidder, the bidder must notify the County Purchasing Division prior to the opening of the bids. No dispute or protest concerning the ambiguity of these specifications or provisions of the ITB shall be accepted following opening of the bids. SCOPE OF WORK & SPECIFICATIONS: Four different roads - approximately 203,533 square yards total: 1. North Ogden Divide: from Weber County / North Ogden City boundary to 2900 East in Liberty (approximately 70,000 square yards) - needs to be completed before school starts back up 2. 3500 West: from 3000 South to 12th Street (approximately 69,000 square yards) 3. 12th Street: from the Weber River bridge to 7200 West (approximately 56,320 square yards) 4. 9350 West: from 12th Street to 450 North (approximately 8,213 square yards) See BUYER ATTACHMENTS for maps - roads are highlighted. Each location requires the following services:  Pre chip seal cleaning of the road (sweeping)  Paint line layout (tabbing the paint lines and traffic markings)  Cover manhole and water valves  CRS-2P Chipping Oil @ .42 Shot Rate (average)  Class A 3/8" Fractured Washed Rock Road Chip  Uncover manhole and water valves  Post chip seal cleaning (sweeping up loose chips)  CSS-1H Fog Coat @ .12 - .15 Shot Rate, depending on coverage  Re-paint, striping of the road, turn arrows and markings the way they were previous to chip seal  Traffic control, signage and flagging QUESTIONS: Questions shall be submitted through SciQuest Utah Public Procurement Place https://solutions.sciquest.com/apps/Router/SupplierLogin?Custorg=StateOfUtah.
