Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during any “Open Period”. NOTE: OFFERORS MUST BE ALLOWED A MINIMUM OF 20 CALENDAR DAYS TO RESPOND WITH AN OFFER TO A PROJECT-SPECIFIC ADVERTISEMENT. THEREFORE, IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO ALLOW FOR TWO OPEN PERIODS.
