The Port intends to award one highly qualified Provider a contract. Other Details The Port of Portland owns and operates Portland International Airport (PDX), including the parking facilities. The existing PARCS was provided by Scheidt & Bachmann (S&B) in 2001 and last upgraded in 2016 with a complete replacement of the hardware (Entry/Exit devices and Pay-On-Foot machines). The Port now desires to research the PARCS market to identify new technologies, sustainment, business, and procurement models that could benefit the Port and its customers.
