At this stage, Probation seeks informational input only, as requested herein, and as jointly developed through the exchange of written questions, answers thereto. It is expected that organizations who submit information/responses shall have the ability to, and interest in, providing hair care services, at the level of care indicated in the DOI.BackgroundProbation relies on outside service providers for necessary programs and services which are not within the scope of services offered by the Probation Department or other County staff.The Board of State Community Corrections (BSCC) Title 15, section 1488, requires the YDF administrator to provide hair care services in the facility. Youth shall receive hair care services monthly, and equipment shall be cleaned and disinfected after each haircut or procedure, by a method approved by the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.TimelineRelease Date:March 26, 2024Please Respond By:April 23, 2024,
