The purpose of the bid is to solicit competitive bids from qualified vendors for to supply and install new carpet and cove base in the administrative offices, hallways and media room at the Chatham County Detention Center. The Detention Center is located at 1050 Carl Griffin Drive, Savannah, GA 31405.
