Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced, single recurring payment, lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government (Yellowstone National Park) is seeking to lease a flexible mix of summer season and year-round one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and/or three- or more bedroom units (furnished, unfurnished, or partially furnished) with full kitchens, bathroom(s), and living/dining space to house between 20 to 40 employees and their families. More than one lease may be negotiated from this announcement to meet the total need. Kitchens must have major appliances including a gas or electric range, refrigerator, kitchen sink, and microwave oven. Lessor must provide utilities (water, sewer, heat, electricity, and trash removal) and parking and facility maintenance. Single-family homes must include a washer and dryer. Apartments or multi-plex units must provide washers and dryers in each unit or in a shared laundry room accessible to all tenants.Yellowstone National Park requires the ability to lease summer season units from mid-April to mid-November, with the option for annual renewal, not-to-exceed a five-year period. Long-term leases of five (5) or more years are preferred for year-round units, subject to NPS appropriations and funding availability. If not available on a longer-term lease, year-round units must be available for 12 consecutive months from the time of award, with the option for annual renewal, not-to-exceed a five-year period.
