This sources sought synopsis is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for the performance of Contractor Logistics Support services (CLS) for the availability of serviceable Conventional Air Launched Cruise Missile/Air Launched Cruise Missile Test Instrumentation Kit (CATIK)/Telemetry Payload Test Set (TPTS)/Portable Flightline Tester (PFT) components, to support required annual test events. This requirement provides weapon system management, logistics support, maintenance, overhauls, failure analysis, repair and modification of systems, subsystems and components of the Air Launched Cruise Missile (ALCM) Test Instrumentation Kit (CATIK), telemetry payload test set and portable flight line tester. It maintains a database of failed components, type of failure and maintenance history. It provides failure analysis to include details on proposed repair and associated costs. It provides identification of trends and probable causes and recommends solutions (e.g. technical order changes, testing procedure changes, and hardware/ software changes). It provides unique spares, support equipment, storage of spares and spares deployment. The CATIK provides telemetry information and flight termination capability to a range control officer in support of requirements. The Contractor shall be responsible for their facilities, labor, services, equipment, tools, parts and materials not explicitly stated as Government Furnished Property (GFP) to perform the services. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards.
