RFP#22.0119 - Pointe-Aux-Pins Acres – Progressive Design Build Project Description :The County is looking to engage an experienced and innovative design-builder which possesses the skills and experience required to work with the County using a progressive design-build delivery model to design and construct a new agricultural arena facility located in Strathcona County north of the hamlet of Sherwood Park (the “Project”). The County’s Council has approved an initial facility program and has committed to a budget for the County to obtain schematic design services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Phase 1 Deliverables”), and for the County to obtain final detailed professional design and construction work, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Phase 2 Deliverables”).
