PIMC Linen and Laundry Services

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is Phoenix Indian Medical Center.  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-77 and the Health and Human Services Acquisition Regulation(HHSAR).  The Offeror(s) must quote on an all or none basis. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, supplies, materials and equipment necessary to provide Healthcare Linen Rental and Laundering Services in accordance with the linen requirements listed below, as may be required to meet the needs of the Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), located at 4212 North 16th Street, Phoenix, Arizona. All items shall be laundered in accordance with the Standards as established by the American Institute of Laundering and the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of HealthCare Organization.PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SOW  & ATTACHMENTS FOR FULL
