REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #323 Classification & Compensation Study The Accomack County (VA) Departments of Human Resources and Administration are seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive compensation and classification study of jobs in county government. Services may include the following: job analysis; evaluation and update of selected position descriptions; pay plan development, evaluation and update; wage and salary survey preparation and analysis; pay range determination; position and pay classification; and preparation of required reports.
