IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF INTERESTED FIRMS TO REGISTER, DOWNLOAD, REVIEW, AND COMPLY WITH ALL DEADLINES FOR SUBMITTING RESPONSES. Humble ISD will be accepting proposals for RFP 2023-04 RETAIL ELECTRICITY PROVIDERS from issue date until the noted closing date and time of this RFP.. In accordance with Humble ISD policies and procedures, Humble ISD schools and/or departments are authorized to engage with "Approved Vendors" only. An Humble ISD approved vendor is one that has been authorized for use upon having met a set of pre-determined criteria through a formal procurement process and awarded a contract ("Contract," "Agreement", or "Project") upon approval by the Humble ISD Board of Trustees. The first step in obtaining Approved vendor status is to respond to this solicitation and submit all required information and documentation. Questions pertaining to the solicitation process or related to the scope or the specifications contained in the RFP should be submitted via the electronic bidding portal by the deadline specified within the RFP.
