Scope of Work This specification describes Food Services for Disaster Recovery for First Responders of the City of Tampa (City) in the event of a natural disaster or other related crises. It is the City’s intent to contract with any and/or all qualified Bidders responding to this solicitation. The meals required for first responders are estimated at 2,500 per meal, up to three meals per day, or more on a daily basis for up to one week.
