Request for Information for USAID Case Management Tool

The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), hereby issues a Request for Information (RFI) for a Case Management, eDiscovery, Litigation Hold, and Records Management tool. This is an RFI from the USAID Office of the General Counsel (USAID/GC) and Office of the Chief Information Officer (USAID/CIO) for a tentative requirement to provide the Government with a tool (or tools) that can provide Case Management, eDiscovery, Litigation Hold, and Records Management capability to support USAID/GC, USAID/CIO, and possibly the Records Management/Freedom of Information Act Office.  USAID has office locations (USAID Missions) and staff around the world.  As part of market research, USAID/GC is issuing this RFI to gain a better understanding of the tools readily available in the marketplace and the number of qualified and interested contractors who may be able to provide the support described in this RFI.  The Government further requires the estimated cost of such support.  The Draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) contained in this RFI describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of services and may vary from any final SOO that may be issued.  The Government will use the responses to this RFI for information and planning
