Proposals - Official Plan and Zoning By-Law 5 Year Review The Corporation of the Town of Perth is requesting proposals for and Official Plan and Zoning By-law 5 year review. Qualified respondents are being asked to review and update the by-laws in order to achieve compliance with the Ontario Provincial Policy Statement, the update to the Lanark County Sustainable Communities Official Plan and Bill 23, and will assist the Town with Growth and Development in the future. The Official Plan review process was started in 2019 and the last update to the Zoning By-law was completed in the year 2000. Documentation gathered from public consultation activities will be made available to consultants for the Official Plan Review. RFP documents are available on Biddingo.com.
