All RFP enquires shall be addressed to Courtney Munro and must be submitted electronically via Biddingo.com. Project Overview The purpose of this Design/Build RFP is to identify

the most qualified Design/Build Team, through a structured, open and competitive process, to work with TRCA, and its staff. Following the July 2013 severe weather event, TRCA was notified of a slope failure behind Topcliff Avenue. TRCA retained consultants to conduct a geotechnical study in 2015 and to conduct an updated geomorphic and geotechnical investigation in 2019 to support a Class Environmental Assessment in 2021 (https://trca.ca/conservation/erosion-risk-management/restore/topcliff/). As a result of the identified risk to human life and property from the hazards of ongoing slope erosion and instability, TRCA has proposed to proceed with remedial works at the project site. This project will be planned in accordance with the results of the Class Environmental Assessment undertaken and approved in 2021. The project is located along a small tributary of Black Creek, southeast of the intersection of Jane Street and Finch Avenue West in the City of Toronto.
