Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order contract toprocure 4 EA of Base Structure HVAC Specification PN W36AYDB09VXXXXE and 4EA of SPONSON Structure HAVC Specification PN W60AYDB15VXXXXE for twoexisting HVAC Systems with the NAVY SPONSON Program. A Purchase descriptionwill be provided at the time the solicitation is posted. The contract will be a one-timeprocurement. The procurement will be set-aside 100% for small business. The 2022North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 333415 – Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and IndustrialRefrigeration Equipment Manufacturing, the size standard is 1,250 employees, and theproduct code/service code is 4120 – Air Conditioning Equipment. This will be Freight OnBoard (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150.Solicitation number W911N2-24-R-0013 will be released on or about 6 MAR 2024, witha closing date on or about 20 MAR 2024. The annotated closing date for the solicitationis an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of thesolicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. Allinterested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
