There would not be any guarantee of work assigned. Services would be performed on an as needed basis during the contract period. The following are some, but not all of the typical services that could be required by the professional Engineer selected: HVAC and temperature control systems; plumbing systems; steam and chilled water piping generation and distribution systems; fire protection/sprinkler systems; fume hoods/exhaust systems; electrical systems.
