RFQ for On-Call Construction Management Services

          Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for On-Call Construction Management Services The City of El Cerrito’s Public Works Department is currently seeking to enter into a master Consulting Services Agreement with three (3) or more consultants to provide on-call construction management services. The term of the agreement will be three (3) years with an option to extend an additional two (2) years. When the City determines that services are needed for a specific project, the City will issue an informal request for proposals. See Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for requirements, selection process and documentation necessary to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in response to this RFQ.   Questions pertaining to this RFQ:  Consultant questions pertaining to this RFQ shall be submitted no later than 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 13, 2020 by email to Ana Bernardes, Engineering Manager. Responses to questions timely submitted will be answered within three (3) business days by addendum emailed to all firms.
