Jun 01, 2018 10:29 am Network Contracting Office 21 intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for Project 640-16-126, North Loop Landscape Improvement, VA Palo Alto Campus.
The contractor shall provide all tools, travel, trades, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision for complete site preparation and landscaping services per specifications and drawings. Place of performance is 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto California 94304.
This project calls for demolition and removal of existing soil and debris to clear the way for installation of new concrete steps, sandblast existing walkway to be OSHA/ADA compliant and provide landscape materials, plants and irrigation per specifications and drawings that will be issued with solicitation.
