Notice to Bidders The City of Garden is seeking bids for the purchase of two vehicles. Bids will be received at City Administrative Center, Attention: Celyn Hurtado, 301 N. 8 th, Garden City, Kansas, or electronic bids will be received at celyn.hurtado@gardencityks.us until 10:00 am on Monday, October 17, 2022 at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. All bids must include make, model, and minimum requirements for each vehicle bid. Delivery date will be weighed heavily as a minimum requirement. Mark bid documentation: City Administrative Center SUV bid. The bidder has the option to submit the following bids: Bid Option #1 – One small-size SUV (two row seating) and one mid-size SUV (three row seating), 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, automatic transmission, cruise control, air conditioning, tinted windows, and solid color. Bid Option #2 – Two mid-size SUVs (three row seating), 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, automatic transmission, cruise control, air conditioning, tinted windows, and solid color. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities and accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the City. Please submit any inquires or questions to
