Employee Performance and Goals Management Solution

Community Transit is seeking an Employee Performance and goals Management system that will efficiently support managers in motivating, engaging, and developing their employees. See Scope of Work for additional details. Fixed price contract for a term of one-year beginning October/ November 2023, with four, one-year options at the sole discretion of Community Transit. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. REGISTER as a Vendor in Community Transit's E-Procurement Software to participate. (https://www.communitytransit.org/about/procurement and click ‘Vendor Registration’) 2. DOWNLOAD Documents from the DOCUMENTS TAB. 3. QUESTIONS can be submitted in the CLARIFYING QUESTIONS TAB by clarification due date. 4. UPLOAD the following information in RESPONSE TAB. • Price quote for a system that meets the requirements defined in the Scope of Work. Pricing should include implementation costs. • Implementation timeline. Include desired kick off date, end date, and estimated Community Transit staff resources needed. • Pre-recorded system demonstration that demonstrates the ability to complete requirements outlined in the Scope of Work. Demo may be in video or link format. Demo should only include functionalities contained in the Scope of Work (Performance and Goals Management). *If a recorded demo is not available, screenshots can be provided to demonstrate system functionalities and visuals. Evaluation criteria (listed in order of importance/ out of 55 total points): (25 points) recorded demo/ ability for system to achieve scope of work requirements, (15 points) price quote, and (15) implementation timeline/ vendor capacity to perform work.
