This announcement is a Sources Sought (market research) Notice.  This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP).  This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be taken as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.The following services:  The contractor shall furnish all management, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, labor, transportation necessary to perform semi-annual and annual preventative maintenance, remedial and emergency repair work on electrical/mechanical equipment, including data communications/control pump monitoring systems {Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)}, and to perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repair on Tactical Vehicle Wash Facilities (TVWF) at various locations on Army Installations on the Island Oahu, Hawaii, in accordance with the manufacturer's standards, commercial practices and applicable Federal and State Codes.The purpose
