Questions and Answers Hand Hygiene Compliance Monitoring System Question 1: Would the government consider adding a CLIN between 0019 and 0020 for "CenTrak® Contact Tracing User Interface Fixed"? This will allow them the flexibility to have a more competitive price for smaller facilities. Answer 1: Yes, a CLIN for CenTrak Contact Tracing User Interface Fixed can be added. Justification and explanation of the CLIN should also be provided. Question 2: Would the government consider adding expected volumes per CLIN? It may be beneficial to use a realistic or expected deployment pattern for a site for price comparison. This would allow the government to accurately evaluate based on extended (not unit) pricing. Answer 2: This would be difficult to do since not all sites have looked at their needs and the overall project is based on areas/rooms of deployment and users/staff engaged. Two of the medium sized hospitals have investigated this and are anticipating around 80 rooms/150 staff for
initial deployment. Question 3: Would the government consider changing the Unit for CLINs 11 through 22 to "EA" instead of "JB"? As these CLINs are a function of device counts. Answer 3: While changing to EA can be done, it was put as unit JB since these CLINs are services and not supplies. Question 4: Is the government open to bidders adding additional CLINs for integrator services such as: Facility pe1fo1mance testing (including travel) - Unit EA Facility acceptance testing (including travel) - Unit EA Integrator Service Hours - Unit HR Answer 4: Yes, any relevant CLINs that a bidder sees needing to be added should be added, but justification and explanation of the CLIN should also be provided. Question 5: Would the government consider changing CLIN 0026 from "CenTrak Project Management" to "Project Management" so it can be used for both CenTrak and integrator project management? Answer 5: CLIN 0026 should only be changed if in fact the PM hours from Centrak and the Integrator are equivalent in nature and pricing. Otherwise, a project management integrator CLIN should be added separately. Question 6: The government did not include a pricing table per year of the contract to allow for different prices for option years. If not, would the government confirm that it requires single pricing for all years? Answer 6: If pricing will change from year to year then the bidder should include the additional year pricing. Question 7: Does the government mean "staff badges" instead of "sensors" in the following requirement? "Sensors must be able to be anonymous" Answer 7: Yes, staff badges were meant not sensors for number 1. SOW 7.1.1 has been updated. Question 8: Our understanding is that a tagging plan is not needed for a Hand Hygiene Compliance deployment. Would the government confirm a Tagging Plan is not needed? Answer 8: SOW section 16.0 has been updated.
