Redevelopment of Syracuse City School District Office: 725 Harrison Street, Syracuse, NY 13210 RFP 24-260: The City of Syracuse (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from development firms pertaining to the acquisition – whether by fee conveyance or long-term ground lease – and redevelopment of the Syracuse City School District Office building located 725 Harrison Street, Syracuse, NY 13210. The City of Syracuse is seeking proposals with particular emphasis placed on those that: 1) display a proven ability to implement creative and inclusive land use and development strategies, including those that consider affordability and transit accessibility; 2) return the site to the tax roll and increase the City’s tax base; 3) create new permanent job opportunities for Syracuse residents; and 4) add housing units.
