Description: The Jeff-Davis Board of Education (BOE) is seeking to select, via Construction Management at Risk Qualifications & Proposal process, a Construction Manager (CM) for Modifications and Interior Renovations to the Elementary School. The selected CM is to assist the BOE and its Architect with cost estimating and scheduling throughout the design phase and to build the project thereafter as a Construction Manager at Risk. Beginning 10/4/21, Proposal packages may be obtained from the Jeff Davis Board of Education office located at 44 Charles Rogers Blvd, Hazlehurst, GA 31539 or downloaded from the Jeff Davis Board of Education website: www.jeff-davis.k12.ga.us. Statement of Qualifications are due (2:00pm at the Jeff Davis Board of Education office located at 44 Charles Rogers Blvd, Hazlehurst, GA 31539, 11/05/21). Firms selected as “Finalist” will be required to submit Proposals. Proposals from “Finalists” are due (2:00pm at the Jeff Davis Board of Education office located at 44 Charles Rogers Blvd, Hazlehurst, GA 31539, 12/09/21). A Pre-Proposal meeting (for the finalists only) will be held (at the Jeff Davis Board of Education office located at 44 Charles Rogers Blvd, Hazlehurst, GA 31539, 11/17/21 - time TBD). The selection committee will review proposals and rank them according to the criteria established for this process as published in the RFQ, RFP package. The Jeff Davis Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
