High –Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse Shielded Systems (HEMPSS)

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Pacific is issuingsolicitation No. N66001-24-R-0023 for services required for the design, development,testing, production, monitoring, sustainment and technical support of Program ExecutiveOffice Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) /Undersea Integration Program Office (PMW 770) High-Altitude Electromagnetic PulseShielded Systems (HEMPSS). The support includes the development of technology in,and demonstration of High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) hardening processes,testing, and Hardness Maintenance and Hardness Surveillance (HM/HS) activities.This requirement will be competed as a Small Business Set-Aside.To request the Attachment 1-HEMPSS ISEA SOW, each offeror must sign and return theNon-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) posted below entitled, "HEMPSS CUI NDA" and providethe e-mail address, phone and name of the individual receiving the document to TessaWatsun at tessa.l.wastun2.civ@us.navy.mil. Only one person from each offeror mayrequest Attachment 1. Once the offeror has been approved, the Government will provideAttachment 1 via DOD Safe.Offerors may submit questions requesting clarification of solicitation requirements viae-mail to Tessa Wastun, tessa.l.wastun2.civ@us.navy.mil. The deadline for questions is15:00 Pacific Daylight Time on 22 April 2024.
