Hot Mix Asphalt

The Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the “County”), the Township of Douro-Dummer, the City of Peterborough, the City of Kawartha Lakes, and the County of Haliburton (the “Participating Agencies”) are requesting tender submissions for Hot Mix Asphalt Paving at the following locations: County Road 503, Ackison Road (County Road 27), Buckhorn Waste Transfer Station, Havelock Waste Transfer Station, and Douro Fire & Roads Building. The Successful Bidder for this Request for Tenders (the “RFT”) will enter into separate agreements for Hot Mix Asphalt Services with each the County, the City of Peterborough, the City of Kawartha Lakes and the County of Haliburton. The Township of Douro-Dummer will be included in the County’s agreement. Where this RFT refers to the County specifically, it is understood that the same terms, conditions, and requirements apply to the Participating Agencies. Each Participating Agency will be responsible to ensure appropriate approvals are secured and will be responsible to issue a Purchase Order to the Successful Bidder for the specific location. Invoices must be sent to the Participating Agency or County identified. More detailed requirements are set out in Part 5, Specifications Schedule.
