Seminole County is requesting rates for mobilization fee, if any, and hourly rates for the following trained staff: Case Manager, Shelter Manager, Shelter Worker, Logistics Support Staff, Social Worker, and Data Entry Support. Medical staff is also requested to include: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Health Clinician, Nurse Practitioner, Patient Care Technologist, Registered Nurse (RN), Phlebotomist, Respiration Therapist, and Youth Care Worker. Seminole County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) will manage the administrative and financial side of the contract. Emergency Operation Staff will be governed by an assigned Emergency Support Function Leader during times of Activation. The Florida Department of Health – Seminole County will govern the medical staff during operations at the designated incident sites. In the event medical staff is needed at a general population shelter, Seminole County OEM will manage the administrative, financial side of the contract, and will manage shelter operations at the designated general population shelters. Seminole County makes no guarantee as to the amount of work available or that the Vendor will perform any work for Seminole County during the term of the subsequent agreement.
