THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THIS NOTICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND IS NOT BINDING ON THE GOVERNMENT.1.0 Purpose:Product Manager Wideband Enterprise Satellite Systems (PdM WESS), Fort Belvoir, Virginia, is hosting an Industry Day for the purpose of seeking information from businesses to provide the required products and services.2.0 Required CapabilitiesPdM WESS is seeking information on companies with a comprehensive background in developing, integrating, installing and maintaining state-of-the-art large fixed Satellite Communications

Earth Terminals. PdM WESS is tentatively planning to acquire up to six terminals to be installed at worldwide locations. Functional, performance and test requirements for the terminals are included in the attached draft System Specification for Large SATCOM Terminals. Requirements for services and logistics package are provided in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). The Government tentatively plans to issue a solicitation for the following equipment as specified in the enclosed Specification and SOW:Large Fixed Terminal with simultaneous X and dual Ka Band polarization operation, which will be certified for operation on Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS).The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334220: Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communication Equipment Manufacturing.PdM WESS will hold a formal Program Briefing to Industry as part of LWST Industry Day on 19 April, 2023 at 0900 EDT via Microsoft Teams.
