Notice of Intent - LRP Publications Managers Advantage

The IRS has a requirement for Managers Advantage which is an online research tool and is the only web-accessible resource that has been created expressly for federal managers and supervisors that provides guidance for everyday workplace issues in accordance with federal employment laws and our agency’s policies. No other organization has created anything like this product and there is no known equivalent available anywhere for this type of resource. Similar products and services created for the private sector do not meet the needs of the Service as our labor and employment law issues are unique to the federal government. This tool would garner access to a multitude of Federal Employment issues/topics and provide individual assistance to IRS managers, whose decision making must be based upon the most up-to-date information available.*See attachments for all
