PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE PROCUREMENT MANAGER OR DESIGNEE NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM MST/MDT ON THE DATE INDICATED IN SECTION II.A. SEQUENCE OF EVENTS. NO LATE PROPOSAL CAN BE ACCEPTED.
