Will all meetings be conducted using the same modality?  Per the SOW 3.0 General Requirements section: The trainings shall be held either virtually using a Navy approved virtual platform, or face-to-face and on-site at a government specified location.    Is the proposed project based on similar programs that have been developed elsewhere or used by other organizations?  - NoIs there a specific way or format to respond to this solicitation - NoThe RFP isn't clear on what needs to be indluced from a technical perspective or how many iterations per year are to be conducted per class.- A technical understanding should be held by the instructors of each course to deliver knowledge gain information to each participant.  - The contractor will deliver a minimum of one (1) and up to seven (7) courses per year. Each course shall be a minimum of four (4) hours and no more than eight (8) hours each day. Each course shall be a minimum total of four (4) hours but no more than two (2) days in length.  Specific dates will be agreed upon by the Government TPOC (listed below) and the Contractor.It is assumed that there will only one of each class listed?  -  The contractor will deliver a minimum of one (1) and up to seven (7) courses per year.  Not all courses will be given each year.
