Request for Letters of Interest: Central Park Pavilion & Site Improvements

The City of La Vista, Nebraska (“CIty”) is seeking letters of interest from prospective construction managers to enter into a Construction Management at Risk (CMR) contract for the new Central Park Pavilion & Site Improvements to be located north of 8302 City Centre Drive in Central Park (“Project”). The City shall select prospective CMR contract managers based on information submitted to the City in response to this Request for Letters of Interest, in accordance with the Policies adopted by the CIty, which are available online at http://www.cityoflavista.org/Bids.aspx and any additional procedures and standards that are adopted. Selected construction managers shall then be considered prequalified and eligible to receive a request for proposal. Letters of interest will be received Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, local time, except holidays, from April 29, 2021 until 11:00 am on May 28, 2021. Letters of interest shall be clearly marked “Letter of Interest, CMR Services, Central Park Pavilion & Site Improvements, City of La Vista, Nebraska”. Electronic submittals are not accepted. Submit one (1) original and six (6) copies of the letter of interest including attachments in a sealed envelope marked as noted above. A digital copy in pdf format shall also be included on a flash drive. This complete Request for Letters of Interest, including materials that are referred to herein, must be received from Patrick M.
