NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCEThis notice is not a request for competitive quotes. The Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia-Pacific Northwest Regional Office intends to award one (1) firm-fixed price purchase order to HSQ Technology for the configuration of one (1) workstation to make it compatible with SIP ICS SCADA¿s existing MISER SCADA system, configure one router to allow workstation to communicate with the SIP ICS network, and provide installation and testing support.Vendors that have questions regarding the sole source nature of the requirement or vendors that believe they can fully provide the required services are encouraged to identify themselves and provide capability statements. Responses to this notice can be e-mailed to dwalker@usbr.gov, within ten (10) calendar days of this notice. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), only one (1) responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
