Main Street Drainage Improvement

The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the purpose of complete construction of the Main Street Drainage Improvement project, hereinafter referred to as the “PROJECT”. The work to be done consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor and equipment for the complete construction of the project.

Work includes, but is not limited to, erosion control, maintenance of traffic, grading, excavation, drainage construction, concrete curb & gutter, asphalt, sidewalks, landscaping and grassing at locations indicated in the plan set. Utility work coordination will be required as part of this project. Contractor shall be required to use the one-call center telephone number for the purpose of coordinating the marking of underground utilities. Available work hours shall be in accordance with City ordinance; Shall conform to federal, state and local requirements and regulations.

A mandatory pre-bid site meeting will be held December 29, 2020, 10:00 a.m. at the Chattahoochee Technical College Parking lot located at 8371 Main St., Woodstock, GA 30188. This location is next to the project
